RECOVERWORLD HISTORY

Recoverworld started out as The Eve Records Group in 1995 and was originally owned by Stefano Lo Presti and Pablo Gargano. The label blossomed from Eve Records, initially a platform for Pablo’s many productions into a suite of labels that over the next few years would become one of the UK’s most respected group of underground dance labels.

Eve Records, Telica Communications, First, Retek, Recover and Discover all made their mark on the worldwide dance scene and propelled first Pablo and then a string of other artists into the limelight.

Throughout the huge back catalogue you will find some of the biggest names around, many whose careers owe much to the hard work of both Stefano and Pablo. Check out the extensive back catalogue and you will see that it reads like a who’s who of dance music.

Fast forward to late 2003, and both Pablo and Stefano were looking for new challenges and in January 2004 the company was sold to a consortium led by producer, DJ and the owner of Interflow Sounds,Chris Hampshire.

Chris had already been a producer on both Recover (with Tom Harding and Phil Reynolds)and Eve Nova (as Dream Delux). New labels and new artists were brought in during 2004 and as further "behind the scenes" changes continued in 2005, the merger of the old Interflow Studios and the aquisition of a music publishing company completed the picture.

Recoverworld currently consists of a suite of seven active labels, a publishing company, the famous "Recoverworld Live" club night, a state of the art recording studio and mastering suite and an extensive back catalogue and online shop.

As one of the oldest independant dance music label groups in the UK we are proud of what we have achieved and look forward to continuing that success and bringing you many more quality releases in the years to come.
